Some people find their language in words. Basma found hers in horses.
Basma Al Busairi is twenty-two years old and lives with a mild intellectual disability. She is also a horseback-riding champion whose connection to horses is clear the moment you see her with them.
For Basma, riding is not only a sport. It is focus, discipline, and joy. It is the place where confidence settles into her body naturally. Her dream was not simply to ride for a day, but to have a stable she could call her own.
Omnia partnered with Sahara Equestrian Club to bring that dream closer. The club gifted Basma a special box for her horse and opened the door for her to train whenever she wants.
The gesture was practical, but it was also deeply emotional. It told Basma that her passion is not temporary, and that her relationship with this world deserves room to grow.
In that moment, the dream became more than a wish. It became a future she could keep returning to.
