Stemming out of our belief in the importance of connecting with every segment of society and offering our services to all people, we launched our Braille feature in Saudi Arabia on World Braille Day of 2022.
This feature enables Floward clients to comfortably gift their visually impaired loved ones by adding messages printed in Braille, which is a system of raised dots that can be read with the fingers by people who are blind or who have low vision. It also enables them to receive and read messages with their gifts without any assistance.
In addition to this feature, we made sure to enable people with low vision to send gifts as well by offering a holistic experience including accurate and extensive descriptions of its products to help them choose gifts easily. We also added products especially made for clients with low vision such as Braille watches that also remind them of prayer times coupled with flower arrangements.
