The awards ceremony was held under the patronage of His Excellency Jameel bin Mohammed Ali Humaidan, the Minister of Labour, at the Intercontinental Regency Hotel in the Kingdom of Bahrain. The awards were accepted by Floward’s Chief Operating Officer, Mr. Mohamed Al Arifi.
The HRM Summit Awards 2023 were presented at the 15th edition of the HRM Summit, the Middle East’s leading human recourses conference that brings together leaders and tech enthusiasts alike, to explore how HR will shape the world of tomorrow. The awards ceremony aims to showcase and honour exemplary HR professionals, providers, business leaders, and organisations across more than 20 award categories.
The first award Floward achieved was the “Best Employee Experience Initiative” award. The winner of this award had to demonstrate an effective, sustainable, and successful employee engagement program with proven evidence of it improving its employee experience at the organisation.
As for Floward’s second award, “Best Reward & Recognition Strategies”, the winner was recognized for excellence and innovation in employee reward and recognition programs and initiatives. The winner of this award was evaluated on a variety of key points including pioneering performance-linked reward and recognition programs across areas such as salary, employee benefits, impact of award and recognition on employee productivity, and the alignment of the reward and recognition strategy with business objectives.
