Floward, the go-to online flowers and gifts delivery destination in the MENA and UK, announced its participation in the Kuwait Technical College (Ktech) carnival. Held under the patronage of the Ministry of Education, the festival aims to help raise funds for two public high schools – one for boys and the other for girls – to help them host their graduation ceremonies. The carnival was held from 15 until 17 February at Ktech’s campus.
In its second edition, the Ktech carnival invited high school seniors from different public schools across the country to participate in games and activities provided by Ktech and the participating companies. Students were given a checklist of tasks they had to finish to collect points. The high schools with the most points collected won the opportunity to have their graduation ceremonies sponsored by Ktech. On the other hand, Floward gifted the two runner-up schools with flowers for decorating their ceremonies worth KD1000 each.
Floward’s participation included hosting a booth with a number of interactive games and activities for participants to enjoy. The first game Floward had was a puzzle of its logo where participants had to solve it within a set time to receive their points. Floward also had a spin the wheel game featuring photos of various flowers with the purpose of testing the participants’ knowledge of their names. All winners of these challenges were awarded Floward credit that can be used on the company’s app.
