Floward participates in Saudi Capital Markets Forum 

Floward, the go-to online flowers and gifts delivery destination in MENA and UK, attended the Saudi Capital Markets Forum 2023 held under the patronage of the Chairman of the Board of the Capital Market Authority Mr. Mohammed A El-Kuwaiz and organized by Tadawul Group in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. 

Members of Floward’s executive management held meetings with multiple investors, regulators, financial analysts, and government officials to discuss the attractiveness of the Saudi market for investing and for IPO listing, as well as ensuring the company meets the right governance framework and is in compliance with ESG standards. 

Floward garnered positive feedback from investors, financial analysts, and government officials after announcing its plans of going public in the panel “The Path to IPO: Exit Horizons for MENA Startups powered by STV” at the “LEAP 2023” conference alongside STV General Partner, Ahmad Al Naimi and Tadawul Chief of Listing, Nayef AlAthel.

Floward announced during its participation in the technology conference “LEAP” in Riyadh, that it has raised USD156 million in its Series C Pre-IPO investment round led by Aljazira Capital, Rainwater Partners, and STV. Additionally, Floward had its own booth where it welcomed guests throughout the duration of the conference.
